Hello, I need your help on one of the most bizarre issues
JIRA notifications are sent to the user, which is not related to the request at all, such notifications are sent only when a specific business service - Active Directory - from the insight service catalog is specified in any of the fields of this request.
I will add here that this user has nothing to do with this business service.
Have you ever had a case like this, can you help me how to prevent this person from receiving notification emails, or where I can see the reason why these emails are received and even where I can find notifications logs sent
You should try to narrow down the event triggering the notification (issue created, updated - that could be recognized by the email which user receives) then check with the notification helper if that user should recieve those notifications: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/use-the-jira-admin-helper/#Notification-Helper
I would also check if that's not the filter subscription, maybe somebody created filter and subscribed group with that user, more about filter subscriptions: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Software-questions/How-do-I-set-up-a-filter-subscription-for-a-different-user/qaq-p/699418
