Jira - Project Pivot Gadget

I have a general question. I would like to find out whether it is possible to filter Jira users in our team who can view a gadget.

More specifically, we have a gadget of project pivot and we would like this report to be seen just by very few people in our team.

Please advise if this is possible in Jira.
