Jira Project automation - How to trigger "Convert Sub-task to Issue"

Hi all,

just wondering how I can trigger in the JIRA project automation:

"Convert Sub-task to Issue"

in the way, that a Sub-task is converted to a 

Task or a Stroy

and if so, to keep the current sprint value

Though about Field changes.

But how to create a rule with 
Type was "Sub-Task" and is now "Task" OR "Story".

Unfortunately there is no trigger that specifically detects the conversion of a subtask to an issue, nor conversion of an issue to a subtask. I have spent time working with the Field Value Changed trigger and have found there is not anything in the change log that I can use to detect the conversion either.

I have not found an issue in the Atlassian Jira backlog for this.

I advise you to raise this to your Jira Administrators and ask then to open a support case directly with Atlassian to find out if there is an open change request for this. Please post back here what you learn.
