For my project, I wanted to check the history of who changed the status.

Do we have a Jira Query to get the history of who Changed the status from "x" to "y"

Welcome to the community!

Out of the box you will not be able to accomplish this with a jql. I recommend you look into third party plugins from the markeplace.

At an individual ticket you can look into the history tab.
