I try to configure request view at Jira SD by guide

https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/SERVICEMANAGEMENTSERVER0422/Configuring+request+view

But I don't see Customize button from point 2

Any ideas to resolve it?

Thanks in advance

This suggests that you're not an admin or agent in the project, so you don't have the rights to amend the request types.

I double checked it. I have necessary admin rights

And If I follow by the manual guide

1. Go to the help center.

2. Select Requests > All requests > Customize.

I don't see the Customize button. What's wrong?

Ah, sorry, I misunderstood the question.

What version of Jira Service Management are you on?   The ability for customers to configure their view of a portal is relatively recent, so if you're on an older version of it, it might be simply not there!

We have 4.22.2 version of JSM.

Does it have that feature?

Yes, it does.  Are you going to the portal via the project admin?

I am not sure what you mean. Could you be more specific?

Go to the project, click project admin, then channels, then portal.

Apologies, I missed the last response in July.

The screenshot on there is showing a project display, one for whom the current user does not have admin rights.

There would be a "project settings" option near the bottom of the panel if you have admin for the project.

Do you mean this one in the red rectangle?

Yes, that one shows that you do have project admin rights.

What do you get when you go to "request types" and try to customise them?

Then I got this screen. Is everything correct or is anything button/control missing?
