Jira SD stack via Cloudformation

We have deployed Jira SD stack via Cloudformation, but after the completion, the service is not running.

We see there are failed health checks on nodes from LB. we checked it and Jira is not installed on the instances.

 

Can you please advise, what could be wrong?
