I'm experiencing an issue with the Jira Cloud sandbox.
I created a sandbox environment for my instance (on the Premium plan), and I already received the sandbox URL — it's accessible and working. However, when I go to **Products > Sandbox** in the Admin Console (admin.atlassian.com), **no sandbox is listed**, and I see a message saying I've reached the sandbox limit.
I’ve tried clearing the cache, switching browsers, and confirmed I’m in the correct organization.
Has anyone experienced this before?
Is there a known delay before a sandbox appears in the admin panel?
And how can I **delete or recreate** the sandbox if it’s not showing?
