Hi Team
I have created one scheduled job which runs every 1 hour for 7 days.
I am getting some response from other url in json response.
The json response I am pushing into one label field.
Sometimes its pushing the data but sometimes it's not.
It's not like high data or low data.
It's sometimes updating more than one records and sometimes even 1 record cant be pushed into the custom field.
Any idea why this is happening?
Is the job is being overloaded?
The Scheduled Job screen can show you the previous executions of the job. I'd start with checking that list to confirm if the job was started at all.
It helps to troubleshoot, because it is the job not being started or it is the job's logic that doesn't complete successfully.
The problem is the job is running but from the last 15 transition or logs we are not getting log statements for latest one.
Sometimes it will show log of 3 to 4 hours back.even if it runs ..
Like in evening 5 30 pm the job runs and we get the response in our email. But when I go into the log of last 15 times, it will show us the latest log time stamp is 2 30 pm.
Did you know any of these scenarios.?

Hmm, not really. I can't really explain this level of latency...
I don't know how AFJ stores its data, but you could try one thing: next time when you experience the problem, reindex your Jira data immediately. If the log entries pop up afterwards, then it is the reindexing that makes those visible. If so, open a ticket at Atlassian.
