Jira Scrum and Kanban Template tutorials on the Jira Software Development platform

I am looking for Jira  tutorials on the Jira Software Development platform for the Scrum and Kanban templates. I see tutorials on YouTube and Udemy but these tutorials are mostly on outdated Jira Scrum and Kanban software. I am interested in tutorials that can be useful in mastering the current Jira Software Development platform for Scrum and Kanban templates.

I don't know of any specific recent tutorials. I will say that there are some out there on YT that while dated are decent for getting started. The changes will depend upon whether you are on Cloud or Server. I would recommend leveraging the Atlassian documentation for getting started. Here is one example to get you going
