Jira Scrum board issue

Hi,

The issue is that when ever an issue moves to "Done" status in a board it only visible in done column only to The user who changed the issue status, but for the rest of the user who can see the board it shows in previous status.

E.g. Board Name- Board 1, Issue name-Issue 1.

When I move "Issue 1" to done status, it shows in the "done" Column of the board for me. But for the rest of the users who can view and edit the board the "issue 1" is visible in "in Progress".

The column is mapped correctly. I don't know what the issue is can someone help?

Have your people tried refreshing their browsers?

If that is not the problem, then you'll need to look at the workflow for the issues and check that it is all being re-indexed correctly.
