Jira Server - BitBucket Cloud integration DVCS - Jira shows only some branches/commits

Hi, 
i've connected our Jira Server on premise with Bitbucket Cloud by following this article:

The integration is working, in BitBucket Cloud i can see Jira links in commits; 
In Jira server instead, inside tasks, i can see branches/commits only for some branches (development / master), commits (and branches) of other branches are not visible.

EDIT: it seems that custom branches created in Jira Server, by selecting BB Cloud in popup window, are then tracked by Jira. Instead custom branches created by other clients, for example SourceTree), are not tracked in Jira

Any ideas?
