Jira Server Issue Icons Gone

Hi All,

We are encountering this type of problem wherein the icons of issue types are not showing on every issue and in the type of each. Please see the below image for reference:

I already checked this folder path C:\Program Files\Atlassian\Jira\atlassian-jira\images\icons\issuetypes and the icons are still there.

@Cormant Systems Administrator Have you made any changes recently?  Upgraded Jira?  Updated an app?  Was anything changed when the problem began?   Also if you look at the issue types can you change what icon they have or is there only the default as an option?

@Brant Schroeder  this happened after our SQL database crashed. We just started the database ang restart the Jira services and then the icons was gone. We edited the issue types and only the default icons was there. This problem is already solved, we just reupload our chosen images for issue types. Thank you.
