Jira Server Issues bulk import

Hello,

Can a normal user do Bulk import of issues in Jira Server?
The user has the permission to "Create Issue" and also is in the Global permissions for "Bulk Change"

What can I be missing?

Hi @Fernando André 

You're right, you just need those two permission. The user just have to go to issue>import issue from CSV.

That option does not show in the user or my (administrator) Project issues.

Any idea on what can be blocking?

Sorry found it, I was looking at issues inside the project.
