Jira Server & AWS Quicksight connection

Hi,

Can we connect the Jira server and AWS Quicksight directly?

We are on Jira 8.20.17 LTS.

You could point it at your database, but don't. The Jira database is not designed for reporting and it's an utter nightmare to interpret. It will take you months, if not years, to make sense of it in Quicksight without crippling your database server's performance.

It's probably best to look at connecting your Jira to one of the apps that understands the database.
