Jira Server local setup page loads a ton of analytics/tracking scripts

So I installed Jira Core locally and opened setup page in browser. To my surprise that page downloaded a ton of analytics/tracking scripts from Google, Facebook, Twitter, Bing, Optimizely, LinkedIn and what not. Certainly not expected for local setup page. Or is it a standard practice now?

This is likely a result of some misconfiguration. Setup page has an iframe pointing to https://www.atlassian.com/pingback. That url returns 404 with all the mentioned scripts.
