I am running into a weird error when migrating a project from Jira Server to Cloud using the migration app. The following error mentions this:
ERROR project-export The workflow: [Service Desk II] transition: [Stage] Missing config [fromStatus] value reference Accepted By Development in workflow rule condition [SeparationOfDutiesCondition]. Double-check the workflow rule for missing config values or references.
ERROR project-export The workflow: [Service Desk II] transition: [Approved] Missing config [fromStatus] value reference Accepted By Development in workflow rule condition [SeparationOfDutiesCondition]. Double-check the workflow rule for missing config values or references.
I have checked the workflow transitions titled Staged and Approved for their conditions. It is using a JMWE condition check but that app is also installed in the Cloud migration site. It also doesn't mention anything about Accepted by Development.
Any ideas on what I may be overlooking here?
Hi @Bryan Trummer - ReleaseTEAM
even though this Condition is part of JMWE on Jira Server, it is actually built into Jira Cloud (we gave the code to Atlassian in 2016). Therefore, its migration from Server to Cloud is handled directly by JCMA, not JMWE.
You should open a support request with Atlassian support.
