Jira Service Desk Portal - How to show only one form at top level of portal and hide request types?

Still learning the ins and outs of Jira helpdesk and Confluence.. I am a little confused by 2 things:

Why is there 2 portals on top of eachother ?

https://arbitsupport.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portals and https://arbitsupport.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portals/1

Why can you only find any of the pages of confluence in the second one ?

Hi Peter,

The first link is simply a list of ALL portals (service desk type projects) across your JSD instance.

The second one is a specific portal of a specific project. And that's also the reason why only this link contains your Confluence link. Connection to Confluence space is configured on a per project basis.

The reason why they may look the same for you is because you probably have only one service desk type project so far in your JSD instance.
