I use Jira on Cloud. I have a service desk project and every time I create a request I would like to hide the email address of the user as it contains company name and also the notification sent should not have company name. This rule is only applicable for this project none of the other projects in Jira should be affected. How can I do it?
Hello John,
Thank you for getting in touch with Atlassian Community!
Currently, it's not possible to anonymize the reporter's information. We have a feature request suggesting the implementation of this ability:
In line with our Feature Request Policy, we'd suggest you vote for it as well as setting yourself as a watcher in order to hear about updates on the development cycle.
Regards,
Angélica
In notifications section of the project I have email as jira@abc.atlassian.net
Here abc is my company name whenever someone is notified using service desk project this address is displayed is there a way to hide this address or change it to a different address for only this project without affecting other projects.

Hi John,
This email that shows on notifications it's not possible to hide, but you can change to another one.
To do this, you must have a verified domain.
You can find more details on the documentation below:
- Configuring Jira Cloud to send emails on behalf of your domain
Regards,
Angélica
