How to install Jira Service Desk??  Jira and confluence is already installed and working.

Downloaded the atlassian-servicedesk-3.8.1-x64.bin. Please share installation guide.

Service Desk is an application for Jira.

You have downloaded an installer for "Jira with Service Desk pre-installed".  Running that will destroy your existing Jira.

Instead, log into Jira as an admin and go to Admin -> Manage applications, where you will have the options to install applications such as Service Desk.
