We made an upgrade of Slack Workspace and our users are complaining that users without Jira license are now not able to create issues from the integrated channels. We have found this discussion and asked the question there, but still no answer.
So, Is it possible a user who doesn't have Jira license to create a ticket from Slack?
Many of our users are explaining how this was possible before the Slack Changes and now it's not. As a Jira Admin we are trying to help the Slack Admins, so each help here will be highly appreciated!
