Jira Slow Responding/Slow performance

Hello

we are experiencing a slow performance from JIRA (window opening, clicking between windows,etc.) which is not caused by our own network.

Can you advise if there is performance difference for licences that are free? Is the performance improved if Jira is used as a paid service?

We also use Add On - Jira for Automation. But that is the only one.

Currently Jira Cloud was experiencing some outage. You can check Atlassian status page for details - https://jira-software.status.atlassian.com/
