Hello Team,

Suddenly I started to encounter a serious issue with Jira software, it says I don't have access but I'm an administrator for the Jira software. Did not see the Jira board now. 

Please do the needful help ASAP.

Welcome to the Community!

Admin rights give you access to admin functions, not data.  You will need to talk to the owner of the board to get them to add you to the board share and/or project.  (As an admin, you can do that yourself of course)
