In Jira Software can someone mark a task as "Done" via email? If yes what are the steps.

Hi Uri,

I do it through a series of Automation For Jira rules. You will need something like that or ScriptRunner. Automation For Jira has a free Lite version, but I think you would need the paid version to do what is needed.
