I have created a Jira Structure which works correctly. However when i create new Jira Issues they do not display correctly in the Jira Structure's hierarchy. The new issues sit at the top of the structure. How do i get these new issues to automatically sit in the hierarchy like other similarly created issues prior to the structure being created?
I notice that when i close down all of my tabs and close my Jira Structure, I then create a new issue, and then open up my Jira Structure it displays the new issue in the Structure's hierarchy correctly.
So why is it that i need to close my Jira Structure when creating new issues?

We will need to look at how your structure is built and how you are going about adding the new issues to the structure.
Could you please reach out to our Support team directly via support@almworks.com or through our customer portal support.almworks.com?
We look forward to hearing from you!
