Jira Stuck on Create Database Page, now not able to access EC2 Public IP

I install Jira DataCenter on AWS EC2 Instance, everything was properly install once done I tried to HIT the Public IP. 

It started , came till create own database page and it got stuck, now i'm not able to access the Public IP aswell.


Please can one help me out with this one

Can you help us out with details?  What database did you use?  How are you implementing that database (RDS, installed on your EC2, something else?)?

What do the logs show?
