Jira Sub-tasks and displaying remaining sum instead of estimate on card
Currently our boards show the value for "Remaining" which is "Estimate minus Logged " just for the parent task, user story etc.
In an effort to break things down further, we have been placing estimates at the sub-task level - however, there appears no clean way to get the estimates and work logged associated with sub-tasks to roll up to the parent on the Jira board or backlog card. We were able to do this as a customized field on the card, but it's not ideal as it stretches out the length of the card.
Ideally I just want to replace the time in the bottom right of the parent to the value for "Remaining Sum".
How are other people handling this?
