Jira Testrail Integration not working

Hi,

I tried to integrate TestRail for JIRA Test Management app in Jira.
Configured according to the official documentaion by providing the testrail server URL and Integration token.

We have JIra Server edition version 8.13.0 and Testrail version v7.0.2.1016.

However after saving the Integration when I click on testrail dashboard it shows:

" 

Your TestRail integration is not yet configured. Please configure the integration in JIRA's administration area under Add-ons > Manage add-ons > TestRail for JIRA Test Management > Configure."

 I would like to know what i am missing?
Do I need to add Jira details in testrail administration also?

Any help would be highly appreciated.

Hi! I've fixed it using SQL.

Firstly check URL

SELECT pe.id, pe.property_key, ps.propertyvalue FROM propertyentry pe JOIN propertystring ps ON ps.id = pe.id WHERE pe.property_key = 'testrail.instances';

If there is no correct value, change it.

UPDATE propertystring ps JOIN propertyentry pe ON ps.id = pe.id SET ps.propertyvalue = '#java.util.List TESTRAIL_URL' WHERE pe.property_key = 'testrail.instances

Hi! @Bibek Behera How did you fix it? 
I've installed Jira DC TestRail app and configured settings like Address,key, Groups and projects, but I got this error massage when I tried to open dashboard, projects or tab in project.
