Hi Team,

When I use JIRA Url in my local machine, sometimes it stops working and gets locked automatically.

Please find below the attached screen shot of the error I get on using Jira.

Kindly let me know what this issue is related to.

That error means it's been unable to start JIRA properly for some reason.  You'll need to read the logs for more information.

The most likely cause for that particular error is plugin failure though - see https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRAKB/Troubleshooting+JIRA+Startup+Failed+Error
