Sorry for the late response, First thing you need to check
1. External user management is OFF or ON, If you are using jira internal directory this should is OFF, please check it below.
2. If it is not above issue, it will be your SSL certificate issue, Please make sure are you are installed proper SSL cert.
I hope you understand me.
Thank you

@mittapalli m thanks for your kind reply. We are using active directory and our external UMS is off. I think this is okay.
I think it could be related to SSL Certificate. Do you have a fix doc for SSL or link with more information? Or can you elaborate? How do you know which is correct SSL?
Thanks again

Hi @Richard Duffy, this is murugan If you use active directory it should be Turn On not Turn Off so can you Turn On and test it when it comes to my issue before i come to my organization sombody cofigured wrong SSL certifiacte so one of our company linux admin resloved that issue and also he fallowed the below documentation.
Thank you.

You can copy and paste the most recent entires from /var/atlassian/application-data/jira-home/log/atlassian-jira.log
Look for entires which hint at user profiles such as:
/secure/ViewProfile.jspa

@mittapalli m Can you check if your Base URL is the same as the URL you're accessing your application with? If not, change it so they match.
How to configure Base URL

@mittapalli m Documentation on a failed Gadget feed URL health check suggest it's either a problem accessing the URL or a problem with the server. One thing you could check is whether SSL certificates are installed correctly You may require server access.
