This is a question for both Jira's implementation with AWS quicksight. Currently, I am trying import data from JIRA Velocity Reports into AWS quicksight. The issue I am having is that I am not able to see the data in quicksight. I can only see the data if I go to the "Issues" tab and export the information as an excel CSV file. Then I upload the file into AWS quicksight. The problem with this is that the CSV file is never current, I will need the current data to show up at all times in quicksight.
I noticed that the data I am looking for, shows up in the CSV file as a "custom field". I think that it why it does not show up in quicksight.
Any help with this wil be much appreciated. Thank you!
