Jira Work Management / Business Project Boards

I've set up a whole load of business boards in work management, they've got multiple issue types, each with their own workflow. I can't seem to work out how to support multiple workflows on a board, or map statuses to columns like in the software projects, or potentially support multiple swimlanes on a single board.

Is it possible for this functionality to be added to our instance please so I can test if this meets our needs. Otherwise I'm faced with migrating everything that I've done to software project, which would be a shame as these boards are much better layouts for our operations team.

Hi @Helen Craig , 

A JWM project has a dedicated board for each workflow (click the ... more on the right top of the board and select workflows). 

It cannot show multiple flows in one board by mapping the statussen to columns. 

If you would like to discuss the functionality mentioned in the linked question, I would suggest following the directions with the given mail address.

I did email the person from the previous ticket but their last interaction here was in 2022, so maybe they've left the company. I'm hoping that another JIRA product manager might check the ticket. 

I'll double check on the workflows and see if it meets our needs as you have suggested - thanks.
