We have recently got a new Xray license for our Jira DC instance, but we are running into a problem
We already had Xray installed for a year - the license ran out during a period where we were considering making the transition to Cloud - then we decided to stay on the DC version for internal reasons.
Now when we try and activate the new Xray license we see the following issue
“...the xray already installed is pointing to the expired License SEN and cannot be re-edited (only License key). We’ve tried reinstalling xray but no changes applied."
Can you please give some hints on this?
You must raise a ticket with both Atlassian to generate the quote if you have the license for this year and ask them to re-install the plugin - https://support.atlassian.com/contact/
