Jira administrator cannot install add-ons

 I am unable to install plug ins in JIRA 4.3.4.

Your Jira is too old to support the plug0in you are looking at.

You will need to find an alternative, or upgrade your Jira (or, the vendor might be persuaded to make the plugin compatible, but you should expect them to charge you)

Yes, this version seems to be missing. I think it has something to do with the vendor change. 

There's a newer version (1.1.7) available:

https://marketplace.atlassian.com/download/apps/630415/version/25

But it's not supported for your version of Jira.

I think it's better to contact the developer.
