Hi,
We are trying to integrate jira with slack now.
After installing the JIRA Server for slack (official) and visit the application, there shows: Unable to reach Slack
And when I check atlassian-jira.log, the error message like this:
/rest/slack/latest/connection/can-reach-slack [c.a.p.slack.util.ResponseMapper] Error when performing request to Slack: api.test
javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target
So what should I do to fix it?
Thanks in advance.
Hi @Yuxiao Dai ,
You are receiving the error message due to the certs issue. Please follow the steps mentioned in the below link to ensure that the certs are imported correctly.
I am sure by following the steps, you will be able to resolve the SSLHandshakeException error message.
Thanks,
Amith Mathur
