Using Internet Explorer 11 on Windows server 2008R2 and Windows 7 , I have problem to display the Issue.
Starting Jira, fromthe Dashboard, double click on a ticket.
It display well the first time.
Click in the background to close thge ticket and go back to the Dashboard.
Double click on the same ticket or any other one, they are blanked with only the reporter field displayed.
Using the IE debugger, I get syntax error as shown below.
I may also get "dom7009 unable to decode image at url" error.

You're using the new issue view, do you reproduce the issue using the "old" issue view? You can disable the new issue view on your profile (https://yoursitename.atlassian.net/secure/ViewPersonalSettings.jspa) in the Jira labs section.
It looks like you're not the only one getting the "dom7009 unable to decode image at url" error on IE11, see JRACLOUD-59584. I can't find anything related to your syntaxError message though, so I'd recommend raising this issue to Atlassian support.

I did switch to the 'old' vue but it changed nothing probably because it is an Entreprise project.
