Jira and confluence SSO issue

Question 1: I have added the users under Jira Enterprise App User and Groups, now they are able to see the Jira APP in Myapps, but they have to login each time, I believe the SSO reply URL is not Correct. not sure though.

Question 1: And, if we get a ticket Jira link when we click that ,it redirects to Jira login page

Have you configured the SSO as according to the documentation?

If so, did you also add the users in the correct Authentication policy?

Only setting up the mechanism for SSO does not mean each user is automatically enforced to use SSO that will be managed through your Authentication Policies
