Jira as a customer. -- sort--> Cruel!

I'm very worried about finding the calls in Jira.

Since the display is sorted chronologically, I can't find old calls again.
Not even the search.

I can't sort the columns either.
For example, after the reference.

How can I get a sort order without complicated commands?
Isn't it possible to do that in Jira?

Is this purely on the Service Desk front-end (portal)? Or are you searching in Jira?
