Jira atlas-debug failed to execute goal com.atlassian.maven.plugins Unable to execute Mojo

I am having difficulties with start my jira with command 

atlas-debug

 It triggers this exception 

[ERROR] Failed to execute goal com.atlassian.maven.plugins:maven-jira-plugin:6.3.18:generate-manifest (default-generate-manifest) on project telecom-extension: Unable to execute mojo: Error(s) found in manifest configuration -> [Help 1]

 Can somebody help? 

atlas-clean

 doesn't help at all and all properties in pom.xml are correct.
