Jira auditor asking for license

I installed the plugin to trial but it's asking for a license
How do I get a trial key

I did contact the vendor but they have not provided any resolution

the plugin just crashed whenever we try to open the audit log

I keep getting emails that I haven't closed this out

That's because I've receive NO RESOLUTION/RESPONSE from vendor
