Jira: automatic evaluation of Fix Version

We have set "Fix Version" a mandatory field. However, it is tedious and errorprone to set it manually. Therefore we would like to have it figured out and completed automatically:

• in case of no branch related to the issue, it does not need to be set
• in case the branch has not been derived from develop, it does not need to be set
• in case the branch has been derived from develop and merged back to it, the next defined release is valid
