Jira automation - how to copy comment to custom field including the @ mention?

Hi, I've succeeded to create an automation that copies the lates comment to a new custom field called Last comment. The only problem I have is when there is a mention in the comment , in the copy field it looks like this: [~accountid:6208e6988c763e0068d033a9] Any updates on this RFE?

How I can make that the mention will appear with the name and not the ID? obviously in every comment it will be someone else.

Hi Sari,

Due to the GDPR compliance, you won't be shown the name of the user rather it's ID.

Correct me if I am wrong @John Funk (https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Software-questions/Show-user-name-rather-than-user-id-in-search-field/qaq-p/1436342). I believe that nothing has changed.
