Jira automation to create a new object in an established asset list

I would like a Jira automation to create a new asset in an established object schema using fields gathered during the jira process.  here's the use case:  We have steps to develop a webinar, from initial client consult all the way to post-webinar evaluation.  Once a webinar is complete, I would like to create an automation that creates a new Webinar instance in our asset list and brings in relevant information collected (i.e. # registrants, subject, etc.).  Is this do-able?  i can see how to automate changes to issues and users, but not creation of a new object.  As far as I can see.  Thanks.
