Jira board fails to show all the bugs based on the filter query

I created a board with filter query that contains only one project and different labels.

When I ran the query in normal search field, it returns the expected list of items. But the board that is using the same query however does not returns the expected items.

I have used AND to create the query

Please help

welcome to the community.

First: about what Board are we talking about? That Project related Kanban/Scrum Board with columns and lanes or a dashboard?

If it ist the "Project Board" there are several options that could cause this item-delta.

You could have non mapped statuses. If a status isn't mapped the issues won't show up on the board.

Also there is an option to hide completed issues older than XX weeks

Both are things that I run into many times ;) Does that fix your Problem?

Thank you for the response.

The problem was with the column option. Few statuses were not mapped to the To Do column. Now it has been clarified.
