What Jira cloud APIs are needed to integrate Jira cloud with an inhouse application, to automate the user access management in Jira?

Hi,

My first response would be: use a standard solution - bugs in this type of software can have severe consequences. If you have an Azure AD that your inhouse application sync's to/with, I would use Atlassian Access to connect the cloud instance (or rather organisation) to that Azure AD.
