After create ticket, 2 users tried to edit description field at a time and the first user data is unsaved mode and second user updated the data. But the first user cancelled the description in unsaved mode then he is not able to see the data which second user is updated in ticket.

Yes, Jira does not have a collaborative editor.

This is mainly because it's quite unusual for two people to be making large edits to stories at the same time.
