Jira cloud addons

Hi, 

We have Jira Cloud Trial version and we installed BigPicture, Tempo Timesheet and Scriptrunner. When we try to install another plugin, no matter which, we can't. 

After installation is started we get this message: 

                    Adding Insight - Asset Management...

                    We'll tell you when your app has been added.

And then nothing happens. 

In audit log stands this: 

Uninstalled app Insight for Atlassian Cloud (com.riadalabs.jira.plugins.insight version     1.1.4-AC)

Installed app Insight for Atlassian Cloud (com.riadalabs.jira.plugins.insight version 1.1.4-AC)

Is this still happening? Have you tried with more than just Insight Management?

I would suggest if yes, contact https://support.atlassian.com/ who are best placed to investigate.
