Jira cloud backup to AWS S3 via BRIE Public API for administrator (no app) ?

In order to backup my Jira software site (and the same for Confluence) to AWS S3, is it possible to use BRIE public API by only using admin token, without having to install any 3rd party application?

The APIs are very simple and well designed.
