Jira cloud restore error

I trying to restore my new Jira Cloud instance but i am getting error see below

Import error

There was an error importing file jira-Backup 01Mar2019.zip: Validation failed. Following issues were reported:

Do you have any newer backup? If not then follow workaround mentioned in linked issues.
