I cannot access Jira cloud server. Is this common? I just started with Jira and this happened after couple of days of use.

Everything is working now... I am not sure what was wrong.
It could also be that our ISP or internal network had some issues with some protocols (maybe https) or something like that. I could see host page trough proxy server but not directly... after some time it came available again directly. So this had to be something else and not server issue.

How long has your instance been down for? If longer than five minutes then contact support.atlassian.com
