Jira comment visibility

Hi can someone help me how to set comment visibility to default as "viewable by all users" for the next comment.

we have setup something like when ever we enter a comment and in the drop down it is set  to viewable to "XYZ user" only. but when we enter the another comment again it should be set to "viewable by all users" instead of "XYZ user" is there any way to keep this as default to "viewable by all users"

Hi @Akshith Kumar ,

currently, JIRA remembers that last comment visibility added by user and present it as default value for the next comment. There's an open request to have a default value in JIRA https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRASERVER-9091

Please vote and watch that issue in order to keep updates about progress.
